Abstract

This text presents the practice apprenticeship curricular in Social Service whose objective is of urging the reader to approximate of the daily reality of the organized land reform establishments for the Movement of the Rural Workers Without Earth, as well as, it proposes a discussion professional theoretical-practice. Firstly, it presents the fragility of the theme of the land reform as Brazilian agricultural policy, because this doesn't solve the problem of the earth concentration and wealth in the country. Therefore later he/she comes the self-management and the self-analysis as collective process that can potentiate other participation type strengthening the power of the agents breaking up with the dependence between the technicians and population. Finally, the text proposes the cartography as analysis category that qualifies the glance and the professional action in the recognition of an aesthetics manifested in the molecular relationship. The cartography draws the land reform starting from the existence of the manners of living of the agents in the establishments of MST.
