College incubators: its contribution to the popular solidarity economy enterprises

Abstract

The Popular Solidarity Economy, materialized principally by associations and cooperatives, are being constituted, threshold the 21th century, as one of the ways for the workers to income generation – especially the less qualified. Facing this reality, the federal government, with other promotion forums, are being possibiliting and encouraging the creation of College Incubators, that, by the incubation process, has as goal advise the collective enterprises, having as intention that this experiences make itselves on the market, in a way that it can generate income and work for its members.
