Acumulação Capitalista e Políticas Sociais no Brasil: marchas e contramarchas de uma trajetória em curso

Abstract

This paper is aimed at producing a discussion which might put together the movements of capitalist accumulation and the need for improvement of social policies. In order to achieve this aim, it deals with conceptual informations on these movements and changes perceived on the ensemble of social policies in the context of productive restructuring and structural reform, particularly those focused on the labour processes. Its geographical limits concern Brazil, and the time limits are circumscribet to 1930-90.
